A seven-year re-roofing project is currently underway at Oldefield Farms. The effort will span 7 years and cover all units and garages. A committee has been formed, and a replacement schedule has been defined.

How was the unit order defined?
Our roofs were replaced between 1998 and 2005, with the work completed in order of need. The committee followed the same order as the last roofing effort.
What happens if my roof starts to fail, but I'm not scheduled for replacement yet?
The Roofing Committee will monitor all roofs and repair as needed. If a roof requires immediate replacement, it will be completed at that time, ahead of the planned replacement.
Owners should call the hotline and report the issue. The Roofing Committee will review the issue and determine the next steps, including a potential adjustment to the replacement schedule.

Will skylights be replaced?
Yes. Skylights will be replaced when the roof is completed. All interior work that may be required after the skylight replacement is the owner's responsibility.
Will gutters and downspouts be replaced?
These elements will be evaluated during the re-roofing process and replaced as necessary.
