We are a 105 home planned unit development (PUD) situated on 35 acres in Enfield, Connecticut. You will find us nestled off Route 190 (Hazard Avenue) easily accessible from I-91 North, Exit 47E. Our Community is tranquil and quiet, surrounded by woods yet close to shopping, medical facilities, and other necessary services.

About Us
Our planned unit development was built in the 1980s (1983-1986) and has been continuously owner-managed since then. The Board of Directors and Residence Committee make up the Home Owners Association (HOA) and are responsible for the property's annual maintenance, the annual budget, and owner communication.
