About Us

Our planned unit development was built in the 1980s (1983-1986) and has been continuously owner managed.  The Board of Directors and Residence Committee make up the Home Owners Association (HOA) and are responsible for the yearly maintenance of the property, annual budget, and owner communication.

Units come in 2 basic styles:  garden (ranch) and town home (two-story).  All homes have full basements and many are grouped together in a pod, while others are single dwellings.  Apple trees, residual from the orchards that populated the area prior to our development continue to produce and are available for all to enjoy.

On this website, we have made as much information publicly available as possible.  Association specific data is password-protected, but details that may assist potential buyers and their realtors are publicly accessible.
