Oldefield Farms is a Planned Unit Community, not a condominium. This distinction is important when applying for financing. PUDs generally qualify for lower interest rates because of its comparative terms. We encourage buyers to reference the Restated Declaration (Article 1, Section 1.1) found on the Documents page of this website.
Interested parties should read our Rules and Regulations, HOA policies, and Bylaws. Note that we do not allow dogs as household pets (see #9 in the Rules and Regulations).
